During October, our Martech team attended HubSpot’s annual event, Inbound 2021. This 3-day virtual event covers talks on the latest business trends and industry news as well as HubSpot’s product leaders sharing the latest features and updates.
The Innovation Visual team recently attended HubSpot’s Inbound 2021, one of the worlds’ largest global inbound marketing events. The event spanned three days and encompassed a wide range of inspiring discussions across all areas of digital marketing and culture. This year also saw some particularly inspiring speakers, including the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Spike Lee.
While the event was used to present and announce a series of new HubSpot tools and updates, its primary goal was to share ideas from industry leaders, many of whom delivered some exceptional sessions on the current inbound marketing thought-leadership and emerging trends. As a team we value Inbound as it is a great way to ensure we stay up to date on all things new in this area of digital marketing. Here are a few ideas from two presentations that stood out for us in particular this year:

We were delighted to partner with Axtell, suppliers of products and services to the construction industry, recently to deliver ongoing digital marketing services and help them achieve their ambitious growth goals. The IV team has been working with Axtell for a number of months now and have made some significant progress for our new client. Here’s a bit more about Axtell, what we’ve achieved for them so far and our objectives going forward.
We’re thrilled to announce that the Innovation Visual Team have collectively walked, run, and cycled the 4657 km distance between Godalming and Guinea as a sponsored event in aid of The David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation! The team have put in an extraordinary effort and pushed themselves incredibly hard to achieve this goal. Thanks to all of your kind donations, we were able to raise over £2000 pounds (as at 30/09/21), which Innovation Visual will be matching, meaning we’re going to be donating over £4000 to the David Shepherd Wildlife Foundation! This money will go towards supporting the DSWF’s critical work in Africa and Asia protecting endangered animals, a cause that’s important to all of the IV team.
At the start of the month, the entire IV team took a well-earned day off and headed down to Southampton to spend the day sailing. We had a fantastic day and it was wonderful to see the whole team together again after many months of working from home. In true IV style we took plenty of videos, which have been beautifully put together in the vlog below.
Three of the Innovation Visual team attended the in-person spectacle that is BrightonSEO recently. Brighton SEO is a search marketing conference where like-minded SEOs unite and congregate to discuss the latest insights, trends and tools available. From ecommerce focused speakers and technical SEO data-driven experts to local SEOs, BrightonSEO had a variety of informational teachings on how experts in the field can do things even better.
