What is a custom AI workshop?

A private, in-person session run for one company and built around its business. It uses the same practitioners and method as our usual AI workshops, with the agenda, examples and exercises tailored to your sector, your tools and your real use cases.

It is designed to leave your leadership team able to make confident AI decisions and to act on a prioritised set of opportunities.

How is it different from your public workshops?

The public workshops are open sessions across UK cities, priced per seat, and ideal for individual leaders. A custom workshop is run only for your team, at your office or a venue of your choice, with the content rebuilt around your business. You get your senior people aligned in one room and examples drawn from your own operation rather than generic illustrations.

Who should attend, and how many people?

It is built for CEOs, MDs, C-suite, and senior commercial leaders who own outcomes and have AI decisions to make. Custom sessions work well from around six attendees upwards, and we have run them for groups of twenty-five senior leaders and high-potential colleagues. It is non-technical by design, so it suits revenue leaders rather than developers or data scientists.

How long is the workshop?

It runs as a full day, in person. That gives your leadership team enough time to build real understanding, work hands-on, break into functional groups, and leave with a prioritised AI Opportunity Blueprint. If you are getting a room full of senior people together, a full day is what makes it worth their time.

What does a custom workshop cost?

Custom sessions are priced per engagement rather than per seat, scoped to your team, location and what you want to get out of the day. It’s best to book a short call, so we can scope it and confirm the details. Costs are exclusive of VAT and any travel where relevant.

Is it a training course?

No. It is a practitioner-led, consultancy-grade workshop. We are equipping your leaders to make the right decisions and lead AI adoption in your business, rather than teaching tools for the sake of it. The value sits in what your team can do afterwards.

Do you write our AI policy on the day?

No. Spending the collective time of a senior group writing a policy is not a good use of the room. We treat governance as a practical guardrails section, covering where AI is safe to use and where human review is needed, and we flag policy and governance as a separate workstream to pick up afterwards if you want our help with it.

What do we get afterwards?

A summary of the key outputs, including your priority use cases, observations and recommended next steps, along with a prioritised AI Opportunity Blueprint. What you do next is entirely your decision.
