Training & CPD at Innovation Visual

We’ve created an in-house CPD programme that includes, but is not limited to:

  • A personalised annual training & development plan for each team member
  • Regular career conversations (every 6 months, with monthly check-ins), to keep the team keep up to date with our fast paced industry
  • Paid for courses that correlate to individual growth goals
  • Attendance at key industry events such as Web Summit, Brighton SEO and Hubspot Boston conference amongst many others. 
  • A minimum of 8 hours of individual training per month
  • Dedicated digital channels to share and cascade industry information, learnings and news to the team.


Team Time

While we work very hard and a lot is expected from everyone, it is offset by a lot of fun. We're not just talking daily banter, though there is plenty of that in the team, but with some truly special events, paid for by the business, to reward, motivate and show appreciation for everyone's contribution.

During lockdown we've had Zoom social evenings, most notably a stand-up comedy night with four professional stand-up comedians, as well as a remarkable evening of close-up magic on Zoom which blew us all away. We had the best Christmas party any of us had ever been to on Zoom and numerous smaller, less formal get togethers.  Before COVID-19 took over we had regular social events, lunches together and a number of glitzy award ceremonies (including one very glamorous affair at The Dorchester!), but also some pretty special team trips to places like Poland, Lisbon and Ireland which we are looking forward to being able to do again soon. Extra-Curricular Events & Fun

We appreciate that a nurturing work environment helps to give our team the ability and tools in which to thrive. We've worked hard to make Innovation Visual a fun, engaging and enjoyable place to work, but we never rest on our laurels. We encourage everyone to provide suggestions on ways that we could make their working lives even better and listen closely to their needs.

We operate an open and transparent company approach and during our monthly update share our company progress from the previous period.  We think it is important for everyone to be a part of our achievements and know where we are on our growth plan.
