About the Role

Lead a number of client accounts, both B2C and B2B, & work with the client and team to achieve their digital marketing goals.
Plan, create and co-ordinate all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, Content Marketing and Conversion Rate Optimisation.
Execute your digital marketing ideas for clients and measure the success.
Create content that delivers results - including blogs, emails, surveys and landing pages.
Report on the performance of paid search campaigns & use your expertise to advise on changes.
Pro-actively generate new ideas and opportunities for your clients.
Analyse website performance and help your clients improve performance to meet their KPIs.
Advance your professional development with regular training.
Share your learning with your team and clients.
Additional tasks where necessary.

About You

Qualifications:	Be degree qualified, or able to demonstrate an equivalent ability level
Experience:	At least 18 months experience of achieving excellence in digital marketing with results that prove it Agency experience*
Knowledge:	Sound knowledge of SEO best practices Good working knowledge of Google Analytics Commercial use of Google Ads Working knowledge of HubSpot*
Skills:	Impressive client facing skills with the ability to present effectively at a senior level Excellent written and spoken English Ability to write on a variety of different subjects eloquently Ability to plan and map integrated campaigns Excellent organisational and communication skills Good interpersonal skills Drivers license and use of a vehicle*
Behaviours & Attributes:	Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude & the desire to achieve
Working Conditions:	Able to work remotely with occasional visits to the office Be legally able to work in the UK – although this role is remote, UK law states that all employees must have legal right to work in the UK. NB we are looking for an employee not a contractor or freelancer

The Rewards

We believe that great performance is well rewarded and the salary now and into the future will reflect the abilities and on-going performance of the right candidate. The package on offer is in the salary range of £28,000-£36,000 depending on experience & skills + pension. 24 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays and team trips in the UK and overseas.

We invest heavily in training and personal development. Each team member is encouraged to undertake at least 8 hours of learning per month. We know from feedback that our team members become highly skilled and very knowledgeable extremely quickly, and far faster than the industry norms.

We are a full Google Partner, Drift Partner, HubSpot Platinum Partner, Trustpilot Partner and Microsoft Advertising Partner agency and have access to their training resources online and in person to allow us to further develop your skills.

We will also support and provide other external training to ensure you are constantly developing your skills and abilities.
