To further bolster our growing team we are looking to employ a further Inbound Marketing Executive who has potential for rapid progression to a management role. We are a growing specialist digital marketing agency that focuses on strategic collaboration with clients in the search, content and digital effectiveness areas. Although we have both B2B and B2C clients your focus would be on delivering effective inbound marketing for our B2B client base. About the Role

The key responsibilities of this role:

  • Managing a number of client accounts by working with the client and team to achieve their inbound marketing goals
  • Working with clients to formulate inbound marketing campaigns and then executing the components within them
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure and evolve mindset
  • Reporting on the performance of demand generation campaigns & advising on changes
  • Creating and reporting on A/B testing and other optimisation activities to demonstrate increasing client ROI
  • Create, maintain and optimise marketing automation workflows and their components.
  • Create, maintain and optimise conversational marketing flows
  • Manage the content creation process and quality to ensure clients goals are met
  • Analysing overall website performance and help them improve performance at all points to meet their KPIs
  • Liaising with clients to explain their performance reports & the work we are undertaking and to advise them of the actions and tasks they need to complete to assist us with our work.

 


About You

Qualifications

Multiple valid HubSpot Certifications.

Degree qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent level of ability.

Experience: 

At least 2 years digital marketing experience

At least 12 months experience in using HubSpot Marketing Professional and / or Enterprise either in-house or within an agency role.

Conversational marketing experience is preferred but not essential.

Commercial use of Google Ads is preferred but not essential.

Experience of Google Optimize, SEMRush, Google data Studio and Drift is preferred but not essential. 

Knowledge:

Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and how to extract insights from data.

Skills:

Ability to formulate, plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns

Solid understanding and ability to deliver marketing automation

Ability to plan and map successful integrated campaigns

Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills

Impressive client facing skills with the ability to present effectively to senior level

Ability to demonstrate achieving results through digital marketing activities

Working

Conditions:  

Able to work remotely with occasional visits to the office

Be legally able to work in the UK – although this role is remote, UK law states that all employees must have legal right to work in the UK.

The package on offer is in the salary range of Β£38,000-Β£40,000 depending on experience & skills + pension. 24 days holiday per year + 8 bank holidays and team trips in the UK and overseas.
