This exciting programme gives Graduates exposure to different aspects of digital marketing with the chance to work on a multitude of interesting client projects. As you progress through your first year with us, you will fast track your digital marketing skills, knowledge and experience and have the opportunity for rapid progression. As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive, you will have the opportunity to work with our range of clients, both B2C and B2B in relation to their PPC, SEO, website content and conversion optimisation.

About the Role

The key responsibilities of the role:

    • Supporting the IV team by working on a variety of tasks and helping to achieve success for our clients’
    • Working alongside the Hub Managers to assist with a wide range of interesting and challenging client projects across a variety of sectors for both B2C and B2B clients
    • Executing digital marketing initiatives for clients and measuring and reporting on the performance outcomes using data analytics
    • Pro-actively working with your team to brainstorm new ideas and opportunities that will work well for our clients and the company as a whole
    • Writing engaging website content for clients’ sites, including blogs and landing pages
    • Shooting and editing video for the marketing of Innovation Visual and clients
    • Working on social media accounts for Innovation Visual and their clients to help them fulfil their digital marketing objectives.
    • Developing your skills through self-directed learning and taking industry qualification

Area of Expertise

Once you have completed your onboarding phase, you will specialise in one of the following areas:

  • SEO
  • PPC
  • Client Management
  • MarTech

About You

Experience: 
A degree (or equivalent) OR at least 12 months of digital marketing experience
Knowledge:

 

Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing
Basic understanding of principles of Google Ads and paid digital media
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
Skills:


Good interpersonal skills
Good communication skills and confidence to speak to clients in both verbal and written forms
Ability to write accurately and imaginatively on a variety of different subjects
Ability to work with others in a cooperative and productive way
Excellent organisational and communication skills

Working

Conditions:  

Able to work remotely with weekly visits to the office.

Be legally able to work in the UK – although this role is remote, UK law states that all employees must have legal right to work in the UK.

NB: we are looking for an employee not a contractor or freelancer.

 

Skills & Training

Each member of the team is expected to undertake at least 8 hours of learning and development every month which means we can confidently remain experts within our field.

As a Graduate Digital Marketing Executive, there will be lots to learn and experience as you enter the industry and start to learn more about our company and areas of expertise. We will be with you every step of the way and have devised a thorough training programme that combines theory with on-the-job training that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need. Once you have completed your onboarding, we will work with you to select an area to specialise in. As you gain more experience we will support you every step of the way as you hone your craft.  

We know from feedback that our team members become highly skilled and very knowledgeable extremely quickly, and far faster than the industry norms. We are a full Google Partner, Hubspot Partner, Trustpilot Partner, Drift and Bing Agency and have access to their training resources online and in person to allow us to further develop your skills. We will also support and provide other external training to ensure you are constantly developing your skills and abilities.

The Business

We are a dedicated team in a growth phase of the business so you will need to be proactive, dedicated, clever and flexible in your work. We work for a range of clients, providing on going digital marketing services to businesses in the £2 million to £150 million size bracket, based in both the UK and overseas. The role is based in our Elstead office near Godalming, Surrey, and offers hybrid working for this position. You will likely spend around 2 days per week in the office and the rest working from home.
