AI Workshop for Leaders Start Learning
Bristol, the largest city in the South West, is one of the UK's strongest regional economies, home to a dense cluster of tech, aerospace, financial services and creative businesses. It's also a city where leaders are actively asking how AI fits into their operating model, rather than whether it should. Our in-person AI workshops in Bristol are designed for that audience: senior leaders, marketing teams and sales teams who need a credible, structured way to move forward.
We run the full programme in Bristol, AI Workshop for Leaders plus Using AI Strategically in Marketing and Using AI Strategically in Sales, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre, with multiple 2026 dates throughout the year.
Why Bristol?
Best known for Brunel's Clifton Suspension Bridge, its working harbourside, and the studios behind Aardman Animations, Bristol's tech sector is among the densest outside London, with strong representation in aerospace, advanced engineering, fintech and creative industries. The city's universities, Bristol and UWE, feed a deep talent pool into the regional economy, and the South West is home to a number of mid-market and large organisations who increasingly view AI as a board-level priority. Our Bristol workshops are designed for leaders running real P&Ls, not for AI tourists.
Our Bristol workshops are held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol City Centre, a 4-star hotel located close to the city's Redcliffe district and harbourside.
The hotel is around a 5-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, with direct trains to London Paddington in roughly 90 minutes, plus connections from Cardiff, Birmingham and the South West. For drivers, the M4, M5 and M32 motorway networks are all easily accessible. The Bristol Airport Flyer bus stops directly outside the hotel, with Bristol Airport just seven miles away. The hotel offers 118 on-site parking spaces including EV charging.
The DoubleTree has 11 versatile event spaces, including the Bristow Ballroom, all with high-speed Wi-Fi and modern AV equipment as standard. The 206 contemporary, air-conditioned guest rooms feature ergonomic workstations, useful for delegates staying overnight. On-site dining is at the Kiln Restaurant (housed in a 17th-century glass kiln) and the Temple Bar & Lounge.
You're a short walk from Bristol Harbourside, the SS Great Britain, Queen Square, Castle Park and the Old City, easy options for a working dinner or a stroll between sessions.

Event Testimonials
"What a delicious feast this veritable “tasting menu” was, as a practical and informed workshop delivered by Innovation Visual. With enough information given to allow for a much more informed understanding of AI, and the current impact that AI is and will continue to have on Industry. And enough practical information presented to give you a grounded and confident approach to the basics of AI Agent prompting, I would thoroughly recommend this workshop to any business professional who is keen to get to grips with AI in every respect, at a foundational level. Very good indeed, well worth it."
