Broadplace Partner With Innovation Visual: HubSpot Re-onboarding

We are pleased to announce that Broadplace has chosen to partner with Innovation Visual to re-onboard their team into HubSpot. We are delighted to be working with and supporting another Digital Marketing Agency by providing a tailored 12-week re-onboarding programme, which includes weekly training calls with our HubSpot experts. Our MarTeach team will be sharing best practice and support to enable the Broadplace team to use their HubSpot to its full potential in line with their Digital Marketing strategy.

Supporting Broadplace with a Tailored HubSpot Re-Onboarding

In our initial call with Broadplace, we really took the time to understand how the team are currently using their HubSpot platform and their biggest pain points. Broadplace highlighted the areas in HubSpot they want to learn more about as well as how the platform could help support their Digital Marketing Strategy.

With this information, our MarTech team created a tailored 12-week programme covering how best to use the tools in their Marketing and Sales Pro package. This includes:

  • Reviewing the data and advising on how this could be segmented as well as providing best practice on how to manage the cleanliness of the data and how to make the most out of their contacts database.
  • Understanding how HubSpot sits within their current tech stack, reviewing the systems which are integrated to HubSpot and identifying other systems within their tech stack which could be connected.
  • Utilising the Sales & Marketing tools to support lead nurture and generation.
  • Setting up sales processes and automation in line with how best to manage their sales funnel.

To ensure the Broadplace team fully understand the practical side of HubSpot, our team set up tasks each week for their users and provide support when any questions arise. By getting users into HubSpot during the 12 weeks, we want to set users up for success and for them to feel confident using the system by the time the programme has been completed.

The Broadplace team will also be provided with templates and guidance on how to set up processes so they are fully equipped to manage their HubSpot well going forward.
