Inbound Digital Marketing Executive Job Vacancy


To further bolster our growing team we are looking to employ an Inbound Digital Marketing Executive that has potential for rapid progression to a management role. We are a growing specialist digital marketing agency that focuses on strategic collaboration with clients in the search, content and digital effectiveness areas. Although we have both B2B and B2C clients your focus would be on delivering effective inbound marketing for our B2B client base. As a fast growing HubSpot Platinum Partner we are looking for an excellent candidate that will increase our HubSpot skills and resources.

Required Criteria

  • At least 2 years digital marketing experience
  • At least 12 months experience in using HubSpot Marketing Professional and / or Enterprise either in-house or within an agency role
  • Multiple valid HubSpot Certifications
  • Ability to formulate, plan and execute inbound marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding and ability to deliver marketing automation
  • Ability to plan and map successful integrated campaigns
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and how to extract insights from data
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Impressive client facing skills with the ability to present effectively to senior level
  • Self-motivated with a “can do” attitude & the desire to achieve
  • Experience of conversational marketing preferred but not essential
  • Ability to demonstrate achieving results through digital marketing activities
  • Commercial use of Google Ads and knowledge of SEO a plus
  • Experience of Google Optimize, SEMRush, Google Data Studio and Drift a plus
  • Be legally able to work in the UK

The Job

We are operating a primarily remote business now with staff members across the UK and one in Europe. While day-to-day work is not based in the office you should expect that on occasion you may need to come into our office based in Surrey. The role is likely to include the following day-to-day tasks:

  • Managing a number of client accounts by working with the client and team to achieve their inbound marketing goals
  • Working with clients to formulate inbound marketing campaigns and then executing the components within them
  • Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and drive new customer acquisition - with an implement, test, and measure and evolve mindset
  • Reporting on the performance of demand generation campaigns & advising on changes
  • Creating and reporting on A/B testing and other optimisation activities to demonstrate increasing client ROI
  • Create, maintain and optimise marketing automation workflows and their components.
  • Create, maintain and optimise conversational marketing flows
  • Manage the content creation process and quality to ensure clients goals are met
  • Analysing overall website performance and help them improve performance at all points to meet their KPIs
  • Liaising with clients to explain their performance reports & the work we are undertaking and to advise them of the actions and tasks they need to complete to assist us with our work.

We operate a co-operative environment where we work together to help achieve more, but can also work independently to achieve what is required of us.

Skills & Training

We believe in constant learning and development through the entire team as our industry changes constantly. We therefore invest in training our team and encourage personal development. Each member of the team is mandated to undertake at least 8 hours of training and personal development per month. We know from feedback that our team members become highly skilled and very knowledgeable extremely quickly, and far faster than the industry norms. We are a full Google Partner, HubSpot Platinum Partner, Trustpilot Partner and Bing Agency and have access to their training resources online and in person to allow us to further develop your skills.

We support and provide other external training to ensure you are constantly developing your skills and abilities. Currently we have team members taking professional and University courses paid for by the business to support their skills development. Various team members have also increased their knowledge by attending digital marketing events and training across the UK, Europe and USA (note currently all foreign travel is on hold due to COVID19). We have been finalists in staff training and empowerment awards for our approach to investing in our team.

The Business

We are a dedicated team in a growth phase of the business so you will need to be proactive, dedicated, clever and flexible in your work. We work for a range of clients, providing on going digital marketing services to businesses in the £2 million to £150 million size bracket, based in both the UK and overseas. The role is remote from our Elstead office near Guildford, Surrey although you may need to attend the office from time to time if required.

The Rewards

The package on offer is in the salary range of £38,000 to £40,000 + pension depending on experience & skills.
