Stacy Jones, CEO of Hollywood Branded, has just walked off the main stage at HubSpot's Unbound conference, where she told a story we have been helping build for the last few years. It is the story of how a fast moving, highly custom entertainment marketing agency used AI inside HubSpot to turn a manual, reactive sales process into something that keeps working between conversations, not just during them.
We have been Hollywood Branded's HubSpot partner throughout that journey, and it has been a genuine privilege to watch AI go from an experiment to a core part of how the business runs.
Hollywood Branded negotiates brand integration deals for some of the biggest names in film and television, work that depends on speed and personalisation, since the right pitch has to land before a production moves on to someone else. That used to be exactly where their process broke down. Researching a new production and building the pitch deck to go with it took hours, sometimes the best part of a day, before anyone could even pick up the phone.
We rebuilt that from the ground up. AI agents now pull production details straight from public sources into HubSpot, turning what used to be hours of research into twenty seconds. From there, a low-code integration connects HubSpot directly to Canva, so a fully branded, fully personalised pitch deck builds itself in under three minutes, right template, right images, right partnership detail. That's the groundwork that made the next stage of AI adoption possible.
The work Stacy presented at Unbound builds directly on that foundation, moving AI from the back office into the heart of how Hollywood Branded finds, nurtures and converts new business.
The centrepiece is a re-engagement campaign we designed around Hollywood Branded's strongest proof points. When a discovery call with a prospective brand partner goes quiet, a four-email sequence fires automatically, giving stalled prospects a lower commitment way back in. We built the tracking behind it too, so the sales team can see exactly whether a contact re-engages, clicks through, or takes the next meaningful step, all inside the same record they already work from.
We're also helping Hollywood Branded put HubSpot's newest AI tools to work faster than most teams manage alone, speeding up how full campaigns come together from brief to build.
A second workstream focuses on prospecting. We're expanding the pool of companies being monitored for buying signals, so there's enough volume for the AI to work with, while keeping human review in place until the outputs prove themselves. Automation increases only once quality is consistently strong.
That balance sits at the heart of how we approach every AI implementation with our clients. AI should give people back time and insight, not remove them from decisions that matter. For Hollywood Branded, that means a system we've built to surface the right opportunities and draft the right first move, while the team still decides what goes out under their name.
If you caught Stacy's session at Unbound, or wish you had, it was a rare, honest look at what it actually takes to bring AI into a business that has always run on relationships and instinct, from the practical fixes needed to make automation reliable through to the judgement calls about where AI should and should not lead.
We are proud to have been leading the technical changes on that journey, and the next stage is already underway. From driving more efficient campaigns through to the custom pitch deck builder, we are making sure HubSpot and AI deliver strongly for Hollywood Branded.
Their team can focus more on where they add value and drive greater results efficiently. We are looking forward to seeing where it goes next.
